Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs (Italy):

• Orders up to €48.99 → €6.00

• Orders over €49 → Free shipping
  All prices include VAT.

Processing and delivery times:
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Delivery is handled by express couriers and generally occurs within 24-48 hours of shipment , with no appointment required.

Delivery time slots:
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 19:00 .

Order Tracking:
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you'll receive an email with the tracking link and all the information you need to monitor your shipment in real time.

Receiving the order:
The Customer (or a designated person) must be present at the time of delivery to verify the integrity of the packaging and that the products correspond to the order.

Reporting anomalies:
In the event of incorrect products, non-compliant quantities or damaged packaging, we invite you to report the anomaly directly on the transport document and contact us via chat within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return procedure.
